Originally founded in Atlanta in 2000 as Moe’s Southwest Grill, the brand has always stood for more than just food. Built around the idea of Musicians, Outlaws, and Entertainers, it delivers an experience that is energetic, expressive, and unconventional.

At Moe’s Casa Mexicana, the focus is on customisation and bold flavours. The menu features favourites like tacos, burritos, nachos, and bowls, allowing diners to personalise meals with their choice of proteins, spice levels, and toppings.

Now open to guests, Sublime Courtside @ Assagao House marks the latest opening within Assagao House, the upcoming private members’ retreat envisioned by Paul Dass OBE, Founder and CEO of Mayaland Homes Goa. Sublime Courtside is among the first experiences to launch ahead of the property’s full unveiling in November 2026. Overlooking professionally managed padel and pickleball courts, developed in collaboration with CoPlay, the space brings together active living and relaxed dining in a setting that feels distinctly in tune with Assagao’s easy, design-conscious character.

Intimate yet open, Sublime Courtside has been designed to feel warm, calm and effortlessly social. A young cashew tree anchors the café, while terracotta and moss green tones, natural textures and courtside views create an environment that is both contemporary and grounded in Goa’s slower rhythm. With seating for approximately 35 to 45 guests, it is suited to everything from leisurely breakfasts and coffee catch-ups to post-game lunches and easy afternoons that stretch into the evening.

The menu has been curated by Chef Christopher Saleem Agha Bee, whose ingredient-led culinary philosophy is shaped by more than 30 years of international experience across Germany, the United States and India. At Sublime Courtside, he presents a lighter, daytime-focused expression of the Sublime approach, centred on freshness, seasonality and clean, wholesome flavours.

Guests can expect dishes such as Poached Eggs on Grilled Sourdough with Avocado and Cherry Tomato Jam – elevated egg preparations, vibrant salads including the Beetroot and Strawberry Salad with Whipped Ricotta and the Curried Chicken Salad with Green Apple and Cranberry, alongside nourishing bowls and mains such as Aqua Chili of Sea Bass, Passionfruit-Jalapeño, Charred Avocado, Corn Crunch, grilled plates, fresh juices and expertly brewed coffee. The offering is designed to feel polished yet approachable, ideal before, after, or entirely independent of a game.

It is more than a standalone restaurant, Sublime Courtside @ Assagao House offers an early look at the larger vision for Assagao House, which will bring together sport, wellness, work and social experiences within a landscaped North Goa setting.
