Several top-rated firms, including mortgage lending companies, CPA practices, staffing agencies, and credit unions, have obtained spots among the greatest places to work in the United States of America, USA Today reported.

These rankings are a part of an exercise conducted in conjunction with Energage and USA TODAY surveys.

Firstly, the Top Workplaces USA accolades pay tribute to midsize and large corporations including those that operate across different sectors. Employer eligibility criteria require that the employers should have at least 150 employees.

Winners are chosen based on rating provided by workers through the Energage worker engagement survey, where companies are ranked according to survey result accumulated over a 12-month period in 2023.

1. Fairway Independent Mortgage Corp., a mortgage lending company based in Madison, Wisconsin.

2. Plante Moran, a certified public accountants and consultants firm in Southfield, Michigan.

3. Aya Healthcare, a travel nursing staffing firm based in San Diego.

4. New American Funding, a mortgage lending firm in Tustin, California.

5. Mountain America Credit Union, headquartered in Salt Lake City.

Out of these 7,000 invited employers all around the country, 2,227 actively participated in the employer survey; further to this, 1,531 employers got these values from the survey process.

According to Eric Rubino, the CEO of Energage, the Top Workplaces award let companies their cultural strength on a national platform and also help in attracting best-in-class candidates.
