How to access Chase Sapphire Lounges

You can access Chase Sapphire Lounge by The Club locations up to three hours before your flight’s departure with a Priority Pass membership and a valid boarding pass.

If you have the Chase Sapphire Reserve card, you’ll receive unlimited access to Sapphire Lounges for yourself and up to two guests ($27 per additional guest). However, non-Chase Priority Pass members only receive a single complimentary visit per calendar year (across the Sapphire Lounge network) and pay a discounted rate of $75 per guest or additional visit. Children under two years old can visit for free with an adult.

One exception to these rules is the Hong Kong Sapphire Lounge, which offers unlimited complimentary access to Priority Pass members (if your membership grants you unlimited complimentary visits).

Sapphire Reserve cardholders can add authorized users for $75 per year. Each authorized user can enroll to receive a Priority Pass membership and unlimited Sapphire Lounge access.

If you don’t have a Sapphire Reserve card, many other premium travel credit cards offer Priority Pass airport lounge access, such as The Platinum Card® from American Express or The Business Platinum Card® from American Express. These cards offer complimentary Priority Pass Select membership and access to a range of other lounges (enrollment required). You’ll have access to American Express Centurion Lounges, *Delta Sky Clubs, Plaza Premium Lounges, Lufthansa Lounges and Escape Lounges. Terms apply.

*With Delta Sky Club Access, Card Members will receive 10 Visits to the Delta Sky Club to be used from February 1 until January 31 of the next calendar year and can unlock Unlimited Delta Sky Club Access by spending $75,000 in eligible purchases on their card in a calendar year.

Bottom line

The Chase Sapphire Lounge at PHL is a welcome addition for travelers, offering a comfortable space with unique amenities. If you frequently travel through PHL — or any airport with a Chase Sapphire Lounge — the Chase Sapphire Reserve is the best way to maximize your experience. Cardholders get unlimited complimentary access to all Sapphire Lounges, along with top-tier travel perks like a $300 annual travel credit and elite travel protections.

If you don’t have a Sapphire Reserve card, you can still access Sapphire Lounges with any Priority Pass membership, but you’ll only receive one complimentary visit per calendar year.
