All Things Nice Presents an Exclusive Culinary Evening with Chef Javier Rodríguez of El Papagayo, Argentina
For one night each in Mumbai (8th April) and New Delhi (11th April), diners will have the rare opportunity to experience the cuisine of one of Latin America’s most celebrated chefs. Javier Rodríguez, the visionary chef behind El Papagayo, arrives in India for an exclusive series of curated dinners presented by All Things Nice.
Recognised among the 100 Best Chefs in the World, Chef Rodríguez will present a specially designed six-course tasting menu, paired with wines from across the world curated by sommelier Nikhil Agarwal. The dinners promise an immersive evening where Argentine culinary creativity meets global wine culture.
Chef Rodríguez is widely regarded as one of the most influential figures shaping contemporary gastronomy in Argentina today. Through his restaurant, El Papagayo in Córdoba, he has helped redefine the region’s culinary identity by combining creativity, precision, and a deep respect for local ingredients. Under his leadership, El Papagayo has earned international acclaim and has been featured in the prestigious Latin America’s 50 Best Restaurants, becoming a key reference point for modern Argentine cuisine.
In addition to the restaurant’s global recognition, Rodríguez has also been honoured individually by The Best Chef Awards, receiving the Two Knives – World Class distinction for two consecutive years, in 2024 and 2025. The award celebrates chefs who demonstrate exceptional creativity, technique, and influence within the global culinary community.
Beyond the kitchen, Rodríguez has emerged as a leading gastronomic entrepreneur, helping elevate Córdoba’s restaurant scene while placing the city firmly on the international culinary map.
The dinner in Mumbai will be held at JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar in collaboration with Executive Chef Prakash Chettiyar and his culinary team. The dinner in Delhi will be held at Roseate House New Delhi in collaboration with Executive Chef Gagandeep Bedi and his culinary team.
The evening’s seven-course tasting menu, created exclusively for this tour, will showcase Chef Rodríguez’s contemporary approach to Argentine flavours, thoughtfully paired with a selection of wines chosen by Agarwal to complement each course.

Override by 403 Forbidden Bar
403 Forbidden Bar, the city’s recently launched cocktail lab and a new address for experimental bar culture, announces Override, a recurring, structured platform designed to fundamentally shift how Bangalore engages with cocktails, culture, and community.
It is not a pop-up. It is not a guest shift, but an evolving creative initiative, one that brings selected collaborators into the 403 ecosystem under intentional, clearly defined terms and parameters.
Every Override takes place exclusively on Sundays, establishing a consistent cultural ritual in the city’s hospitality calendar that prioritises depth, curiosity, and craft over scale.
The platform operates across two distinct verticals:
Firewall — chef-led collaborations anchored in structured menus and deliberate food-and-beverage pairing logic
Dayshift — daytime collaborations that extend the conversation beyond the kitchen
Coffee labs, fermentation specialists, beverage innovators, craft makers, and independent creative studios are invited to use 403 as a modular sandbox.
For the inaugural Firewall edition, Override by 403 Forbidden Bar welcomes Khan Paan, an initiative rooted in memory, generosity, and the irreplaceable comfort of home-cooked food. Inspired by his mother’s Awadhi recipes and shaped by his father’s devotion to ghazals and poetry, Kabeer brings his five-course set menu to 403 Forbidden Bar, followed by an exclusive cocktail pairing by Aman Dua, aligned with the bar’s signature approach to flavour and intention.
Date: Sunday, 12th April

Paashh Presents a Special Summer Menu
A philosophy underpins every dish at Paashh, starting long before anything hits a pan. First, the land. Then, the plate.
Before a single dish is written, the kitchen asks: what’s here, what’s ready, and what’s worth celebrating right now?
In summer, that means mangoes at peak ripeness, muskmelon and watermelon in their prime, tender coconut, water apples, and fresh herbs, produce that appears briefly and disappears before you’re ready for it to.
What follows is a menu that’s light where the weather demands it, bold where the produce allows it, and quietly rooted in the Indian kitchen.
Highlights include a Greek salad finished with chilled gazpacho; Chhattisgarhi farra dumplings in a Gujarati mango kadhi; young jackfruit slow-cooked in a nihari gravy; and baked brie served with kori roti crisps and Alphonso mango chutney.
Come to the table with an appetite, the land has been generous this summer, and the kitchen has been paying attention.
