The Saawaan Experience At Trident
Chefs from Michelin-starred Saawaan, Bangkok, will be in India for four exclusive evenings to present Thai culinary excellence. Chef de Cuisine Saritwat “Earth” Wanvichitkun and Chef Pâtissière Chayanin “Pond” Tanapradit of Bangkok’s Michelin-starred Saawaan will take the helm at India Jones, Mumbai. Their exclusive eight-course set menus will showcase Thailand’s regional culinary identities through seasonal produce and traditional techniques such as charcoal grilling, steaming, stir-frying, and fermentation. Highlights of the menus include raw mango salad with Ranong blue swimmer crab, steamed squid with som saa citrus fruit and kaffir lime, slow-cooked broths, mushrooms with roasted rice, a fragrant coconut curry infused with banana stalk, ginger flower tart, lychee tart and coconut ice cream.

Luke Alessi At ICONIQA
For Take Off Vol. 1 at Bombay Swim Club, Mumbai’s first rooftop day club at ICONIQA Hotel, Melbourne-born DJ and producer Luke Alessi is taking centre stage. Known for seamlessly blending house, disco, and funk, Alessi’s sound strikes a rare balance between nostalgic warmth and sharp, futuristic energy. His breakout single The One, alongside Jocelyn Brown and Chloé Caillet, soared to #1 on Beatport and has earned support from global tastemakers including Jamie xx, Peggy Gou, and Chris Stussy, among others. With an infectious stage presence and a knack for groove-driven storytelling, Alessi promises a set that will carry dancers from golden hour into the depths of night. Supporting the evening is Luna, bringing her signature high-energy, percussion-driven Afro house perfectly tuned for sunset moments, alongside Aalika, known for her groove-led, house-centric sound that flows effortlessly between uplifting and deeper moods.

Spin Cycle At Bastian
Bastian Wellness Club, a fitness-led community by Bastian Hospitality, introduces its first-ever Spin + Pilates experience. The 4th edition of The Pooch Party is set to create a vibrant and dedicated space for Mumbai’s growing community of canine lovers. Some of the highlights include a canine fashion walk, a dog talent hunt, live caricature sessions with pets and a special Adoption Corner dedicated to helping dogs find their forever homes.

Canteen Open House At The Bombay Canteen
As The Bombay Canteen turns eleven this February, celebrate this milestone with the second edition of Canteen Open House. The Chef’s Edit is a full day of unfiltered, high-energy conversations that open up the business of hospitality to students, young professionals, and anyone curious about what it truly takes to build a world-class food brand. This year’s edition brings together an exceptional lineup of globally acclaimed chefs who have not only mastered the craft of cooking but also built distinctive, enduring businesses. This includes Thai-Indian chef and restaurateur Chalee Kader, known for Bangkok favourites 100 Mahaseth and Wana Yook; three-Michelin-starred Himanshu Saini of Trèsind Studio, Dubai; Sri Lanka-born, Singapore-based Rishi Naleendra, chef and founder of Cloudstreet and Kotuwa; Bali-based pastry pioneer Will Goldfarb of Room4Dessert; chef-owner Prateek Sadhu of Naar in Kasauli and Dina Weber of SAPA micro bakery in Mysore. Across six dynamic sessions, they will speak candidly about creative entrepreneurship, scaling with intention, turning distance into demand, consistency without compromise, and why context is often the most important ingredient.

YODA Hope Carnival ’26 At Bandra
YODA (Youth Organisation in Defence of Animals) is set to host YODA Hope Carnival ’26, a high-energy, pet-friendly community fundraiser that brings together culture, fashion, food and music in support of animal welfare. The one-day carnival hopes to bring the city together for a meaningful day where every purchase contributes to real impact for animals in need. Designed as a first-of-its-kind, culture-first fundraising experience, it is using style, entertainment and community engagement as tools for change. All profits generated by YODA from the event will go directly towards animal welfare initiatives, rescue operations and ongoing care.

Kebab Pop-Up At Kona Kona
Kona Kona brings the warmth of home kitchens this season with a special Kebab Pop-Up curated by home chef Aparmita Sapru. For this pop-up, she focuses on kebabs, versatile, crowd-pleasing, and perfectly suited to a relaxed evening of drinks or a complete sit-down meal. The menu includes fragrant Mutton Shami Kebabs, flavourful Fish Galouti Kebabs, delicate Chicken Resha Kebabs and Nadru (Lotus Stem) Kebab, which delivers earthy notes. The 2 distinctive festive specials are the Chicken Tamatar Goli and the Mutton Methi Keema Goli.

Coffee Tasting At Journal
As Mumbai’s coffee culture continues to mature beyond quick fixes and caffeine-led habits. This Coffee Brewing & Tasting experience by Trove Experience is designed for curious beginners and thoughtful coffee drinkers alike. Rooted in slow learning and sensory awareness, the session invites guests to look beyond labels and trends and instead understand what truly shapes flavour, body, and character in a cup of coffee. At the heart of the experience are Indian estate coffees – complex, expressive, and often underexplored. The session opens with an introduction to the journey of coffee from bean to cup setting the foundation for understanding origin, processing, and roast profiles. Guests then explore three manual brewing methods: Pour Over, French Press, and AeroPress, learning how each technique alters extraction, mouthfeel, and flavour expression.
