Ingredients:
- 2 oz 1800 Tequila Reposado
- 1 oz Mixed Berry Puree (Strawberries, Blueberries, Raspberries)
- 0.75 oz Lime Juice
- 0.5 oz Simple Syrup
- Mixed Berries & Mint (for garnish)
Method:
- Muddle a few mixed berries in a shaker.
- Add tequila, mixed berry puree, lime juice, and simple syrup.
- Shake well with ice.
- Strain into a glass filled with crushed ice and garnish with berries and mint.
Hendrick’s French 75
Ingredients:
- Hendrick’s Original Gin 30ml

1 oz Invincible vodka
1 oz Baileys
1 oz Amaretto

Method
1. Prepare the Rim:
Spread buttercream frosting on the rim of a martini glass.

Place the glass in the freezer to chill while you prepare the drink.
2. Combine Ingredients:
In a cocktail shaker, add:
1 oz Invincible vodka
1 oz Baileys Irish Cream
1 oz Amaretto
1 oz cream
Shake:

Strain:

Method
1. Muddle the Ingredients:
