For four years, Anil and Tina were not in touch with each other. During this time, Tina moved to the USA to pursue a course in interior designing to get over the heartbreak, while Anil was adamant that he was in love with Tina and so he kept rejecting other arranged marriage proposals. During this period, once when Anil came to know of a major earthquake in Los Angeles he instantly called up Tina to check if she was okay. However, when she replied that she was okay, he disconnected the call.
Seeing Anil’s love for Tina, the Ambani family finally gave in and accepted their match. That’s when Anil reconnected with Tina and tried to persuade her to come back to India. But, Tina was a bit apprehensive again, so she kept postponing it. Until one day, when Anil gave her an ultimatum that if she didn’t return to India, he wouldn’t talk to her ever. And that’s when Tina decided to come back to India within a week’s time, for the better.
